Kyle Jarnagin began his career in fire alarm, detection, and suppression in 1979 with Accent Electronics in Ft Worth, Texas. Kyle quickly became involved in the massive construction expansion that took place in the DFW area throughout the 80’s. Installing fire alarm systems, clean agent suppression systems, nurse-call systems, and even pro sound systems in over 100 new mid-rise, high-rise, office, condominium, healthcare facilities and sports arenas built in downtown Dallas, I-35 corridor, Las Colinas and downtown Ft Worth. This experience brought opportunities over the next 3 decades that involved team leadership, construction management, operations management, sales team leadership along with general and regional business management. Kyle had a lengthy 21-year career with two fortune 500 companies, Siemens Building Technologies, and Johnson Controls which brought numerous opportunities for training and experience in the latest fire protection technology.

Additionally, Kyle has been affiliated with several high-profile projects around the state that brought vast and extensive experience in fire protection. These include Comanche Peak Atomic Nuclear Generating facility in Glen Rose, Texas, Super Collider Project in Waxahachie, Texas, Pantex Nuclear Weapons Dismantlement and Maintenance facility, in Amarillo, Texas, both Dallas Cowboy’s stadiums in Irving and Arlington, Texas, NRG stadium in Houston, Texas, and Texas A&M, College Station, just to name a few.

Currently, as the Fire Life Safety Business Lead for Convergentz, Kyle is focused on building a service-based organization that will bring the very best in customer service and fire protection technology. Each, service, and technology are encompassed in a Hyper-Safety driven culture with the customer and employee at the forefront of our daily performance.

Kyle is currently NICET certified, maintains State of Texas licenses in fire alarm, fire suppression and security. He has a degree in Emergency Management and a certificate in Construction Management. Kyle has received several sales team leadership awards and management leadership awards throughout his professional career. Citizenship minded, Kyle has been recognized and received several awards from the Governor of Texas and the State’s Adjutant General’s office for service during 5 different state deployments while serving a 13-year career with the Texas Guard. Kyle also served in the U.S. Marine Corp in the late-1970’s.
