This prestigious national recognition highlights Convergentz’ s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and health across its operations.
Widely regarded as the “Super Bowl of Safety” within the construction industry, the AGC CSEA program evaluates an organization’s entire safety management system, from leadership commitment and employee engagement to risk mitigation and continuous improvement practices. Check out all winners.
Out of nearly 27,000 AGC member firms, including approximately 9,000 specialty contractors, Convergentz advanced through a highly competitive, national selection process to be named a finalist, placing its safety program among the top in the country.
As part of the final stage, Convergentz was required to:
- Deliver a live presentation of its safety program at the AGC Annual Convention
- Participate in a formal question-and-answer session
- Undergo evaluation by a panel of industry experts, including leaders from major construction firms, insurance organizations, and global technology companies
Earning 1st Place signifies that Convergentz’ s safety program was independently validated by some of the most experienced safety and risk professionals in the industry.
