Houston, TX — August 27, 2025 — Convergentz is proud to announce its recognition with two of the construction industry’s most respected safety honors: the Zero Incident Rate Award and the National AGC Safety Award (NASA), presented this morning by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
These awards celebrate Convergentz’s unwavering commitment to workplace safety. The National AGC Safety Award recognizes members who maintain an incident rate at least 25% below their division’s average and achieve a Zero Incident Rate—a distinction that places Convergentz among the top safety performers nationwide.
“This recognition reinforces our shared commitment to the principle that No One Gets Hurt,” said Kurt McCulloch, Vice President at Convergentz. “It’s a testament to the dedication and vigilance of our entire team, and it strengthens our reputation as a safety leader in the industry.”
Convergentz continues to uphold the highest safety standards, fostering a culture where every employee goes home safe, every day.
A special thank you goes to our dedicated safety team, led by Franklin Benavidez, HSE Director. Their leadership and commitment to our safety culture make achievements like this possible.
