Danny Ward has built a successful career in the fire protection industry spanning more than 20 years. He began his career with National Guardian’s Austin branch, where he quickly advanced through leadership roles, serving as both Service Manager and Operations Manager.

Following several industry acquisitions, Danny launched his own company. What began as a service-focused business grew into a full-service organization providing installation, service, and inspection capabilities. After 12 years of growth and success, Danny accepted an acquisition offer from a national company and remained with the organization to lead branch operations.

After a subsequent acquisition, Danny joined another national protection company as General Manager, where he served for six years. During this time, he also owned and operated an Anytime Fitness franchise, successfully growing the business before selling it.

Danny relocated to the Houston area two and a half years ago to be closer to family and is excited to be part of the dynamic market and growth opportunities at Convergentz..

Outside of work, Danny enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending sporting events with his two sons. He and his wife also enjoy supporting their daughter as she cheers at high school sporting events.
