Convergentz proudly supported the development of a new government processing center in Conroe, TX, providing a fully customized Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable building operations.

This 392,625-square-foot facility is designed to house up to 3,000 occupants and required a sophisticated controls solution to match its scale and complexity. Our team worked closely with stakeholders to design, program, and install a system tailored to the center’s unique operational needs.

Installed three Trane Tracer supervisory controllers to manage and monitor a wide range of HVAC and safety systems.
