IMC Group, through its subsidiary Convergentz, acquired Tool Flo Manufacturing—an established oil and gas tooling and manufacturing company—and required a modern headquarters to support its operations. The selected facility, an 80,000 square foot space in Pearland’s Spectrum Business Park, was designed to meet the complex needs of both industrial and office environments.
To ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency across diverse zones, Convergentz implemented a comprehensive Trane Air-Fi building automation solution. This system seamlessly manages:
- Single-zone rooftop units for expansive warehouse areas
- Multi-zone rooftop units with VAV boxes serving office spaces
- Split systems, exhaust fans, and unit heaters for specialty storage rooms and loading docks
The project was delivered in collaboration with Comfort Systems USA South Central as the mechanical contractor and KBD Group as the general contractor, ensuring high-quality execution and integration.
