Richard Hunton, Jr., is the CEO of The Hunton Group and the Hunton Group of companies. He is also the founder and president of Convergentz, an advanced building system integration and networking solutions provider. Convergentz is also a member of the Hunton Group of Companies. Kurt McCulloch | Vice President

Kurt McCulloch began his HVAC career in 1991 by attending the Trane graduate training program. Later that same year he joined the centrifugal chiller marketing department in La Crosse, WI.  After a short time in La Crosse, WI he transferred to the Hubert Trane Service Agency, a Trane franchise in Grand Rapids, Michigan as an Account Manager. In this new role he managed owner direct sales serving the commercial, institutional and industrial markets of West Michigan.  He later re-joined the Trane Company in 1996 after the office was purchased by Trane. During his tenure he held various leadership roles that included Account Executive, Team Leader, General Sales Manager and District Direct Sales Manager that included both Chicago, Northern Indiana and West Michigan for Trane and Hussmann Refrigeration. Adam Segovis | BAS General Manager

Adam Segovis began his career in Building Automation Systems with Ideal Impact in Dallas, Texas. Adam quickly became involved in the design, implementation, and sales of large energy efficiency projects in the non-profit and K-12 markets across all of Texas. He grew his knowledge in the industry by helping school districts across the state solve their building automation challenges to provide both comfort and energy efficiency. As he grew within the industry, he became the go-to for integrated solutions for other Fortune 500 companies helping build sales teams, operations departments, and technical training programs across the state. While not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting and fishing.


DJ Ramirez | SLV General Manager

DJ Ramirez began his security career as an installer in 1984, working for his father’s security business.  Upon graduating college in 1995, he joined the family business full-time and loyally served for 30 years in all capacities and elevating to Vice President Sales and Operations.  As a 2nd generation security professional, he honed his security knowledge working in all vertical markets and numerous Fortune 500 companies.  As time passed, he has added other solutions such as parking and low voltage to his knowledge base to become an integrated solutions professional.  Away from work, he enjoys family, travel, and his three dogs.


Kyle M. Jarnagin | FLS General Manager

Kyle Jarnagin began his career in fire alarm, detection, and suppression in 1979 with Accent Electronics in Ft Worth, Texas. Kyle quickly became involved in the massive construction expansion that took place in the DFW area throughout the 80’s. Installing fire alarm systems, clean agent suppression systems, nurse-call systems, and even pro sound systems in over 100 new mid-rise, high-rise, office, condominium, healthcare facilities and sports arenas built in downtown Dallas, I-35 corridor, Las Colinas and downtown Ft Worth. This experience brought opportunities over the next 3 decades that involved team leadership, construction management, operations management, sales team leadership along with general and regional business management.
